Job Summary

A provider of mystery shopper services has an open position for a Telecommute Mystery Shop Scheduler.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Make up to 20 or more phone calls per day
• Send multiple texts as well as emailing shoppers and handling shopper requests and inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must have on-line capability and at least a DSL or Broadband connection to the Internet
• Must be an outgoing, people person who possesses great attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow precise directions as well as have excellent phone skills
• Ability to proactively contact shoppers or potential shoppers by phone daily
• Creative writing skills
• Good working knowledge of the internet, social media and computer software
