Job Summary

A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Network Engineer in Naples.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing peer reviews of DDD’s, SOWs, and As-Built documents
• Preparing documentation for Cisco’s A2Q process
• Ownering multiple contact center CSP’s

Position Requirements Include:

• 50% travel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• (EE/CS) or equivalent and 4 years of contact center experience
• Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience with Cisco products
• Experience with project management and resource tracking techniques
• Knowledge of software and/or hardware, testing and implementation
