Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Non Profit Professional Services Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Lead a high performing team (team meetings, culture, etc.)
Develop a staff training plan
Develop a high performing team

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Development or closely related field
Minimum of five years of experience in entrepreneurship development programs
Strong capacity building and curriculum development skills for entrepreneurship development programs
Strong listening skills and ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
Self-starter, ability to work with substantial autonomy and influence others without supervisory authority
