Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Nurse Case Manager I or II in Falls Church.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
• Implementing care plan by facilitating authorizations/referrals as appropriate within benefits structure
• Assisting in problem solving with providers, claims or service issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Performs duties telephonically or on-site such as at hospitals for discharge planning
• BA/BS in a health related field or equivalent education and experience
• 3 years of clinical experience
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable states
