Job Summary

A healthcare services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Nurse Case Manager in North Bay.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring the progress of injured workers
  • Completing assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals
  • Reporting results back to employers and insurance carriers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Valid Driver's License, and good driving history
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA
  • Excellent PC and technology skills
  • Excellent organization and timeline adherence skills
