A company that provides home health benefits management services is filling a position for a Telecommute Nurse Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging Post-Acute Care patients in the program
  • Administering initial assessments
  • Reviewing utilization information concerning patient care

Qualifications Include:

  • Registered Nurse with licensure in the state(s) of practice required
  • Expertise in Case Management and knowledge of URAC standards

  • Broad knowledge of contract terms/stipulations
