Job Summary
A medical company is in need of a Telecommute Nurse Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing patients in various areas of care
- Becoming an extension of the transplant center staff
- Facilitating trainings on post-transplant care, patient care and protocols for internal teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Facilitate trainings
- BS or BA Degree, 2-4 years’ experience in health environment or an Associate's Degree with RN license
- Knowledge of medical or clinical diagnostics industry operations
- Proficiency in reporting and data analytic tools like Excel, Salesforce.com
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
