Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant in Albany.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting assessments on health plan members
- Determining and providing appropriate care to patients in long term care facilities
- Communicating findings and keeping records of patient care
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to travel locally to client locations
- Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of assignment or the ability to obtain
- DEA License or the ability to obtain
- Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP required or the ability to obtain
- A clinical background in adult, family or geriatric specialties
- Intermediate level of proficiency of computers and computer software including Microsoft Word and Outlook
