Job Summary

An institute for higher education is filling a position for a Telecommute Nursing Adjunct Faculty Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Teaching synchronous or asynchronous seminars (10 or 6 week units) as assigned by school or program
• Maintaining school-determined virtual office hours per week for each class
• Maintaining and submitting accurate and timely reports for student grades/progress

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution
• Active unencumbered RN license in a compact state
• National Board Certification as a Nurse Educator or Advanced Nurse Executive
• 1 to 3 years related practical/professional experience and/or training
• Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and Adobe Connect meeting technology
