Job Summary
An online college has an open position for a Telecommute Nursing Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing clear performance expectations for, and with input from, assigned Program Mentors
- Managing Program Mentor performance to achieve organizational goals and initiatives
- Conducting Program Mentor performance reviews and manages performance improvement plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Graduate degree in the field of study and RN is a requirement for this position
- Understanding and appreciation of competency based education model
- Experience leading teams focused on student support and instruction
- Documented use of technology based educational delivery systems
- Demonstrated ability to work with struggling or at-risk students
