An IT company has a current position open for a Telecommute O S Delivery Manager 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvement to maximize service delivery and minimize costs
  • Monitoring service delivery performance against targets and customer service indicators

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in IT area with management experience
  • Delivering outsourced services within SLA
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience in IT
  • ITIL awareness
  • Business and Portfolio expertise
  • Experience leading by example in a large, complex global environment
