An IT company has a current position open for a Telecommute O S Delivery Manager 1.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing process improvement to maximize service delivery and minimize costs
- Monitoring service delivery performance against targets and customer service indicators
- Recognizing business needs and find areas for growth
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 10+ years of experience in IT area with management experience
- Delivering outsourced services within SLA
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience in IT
- ITIL awareness
- Business and Portfolio expertise
- Experience leading by example in a large, complex global environment
