A therapeutic and behavioral health company is seeking a Telecommute Occupational Therapist in Fairview.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide Occupational Therpaist services
Support a K-12th Grade Student caseload
Perform remote and On Site Services: 2-3 School Sites

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Ability to travel locally to 2-3 School Sites
Ability to work the remainder of School Year with a January Start
Ability to work Full Time
Ability to support K-12th Grade Students
Possession of OR OT License
