A medical advocacy firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Office Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling administrative and marketing projects
- Supervising and coordinating with other contractors
- Ensuring the team has adequate support to work efficiently
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High-speed and secure home internet access
- Windows 10 Personal computer with no shared access with other people
- Personal cell phone
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar and Gmail
- Ease with Zoom, mail marketing, and other online software
