Job Summary
A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Omni Channel Capability Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive Enterprise scalable designs for OMNI Channel Capabilities
- Establish and document Enterprise Capability Standards related to subject matter expert area
- Leverage data and insights to ensure optimal performance and identify areas to improve capability performance and usage
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in driving transformational change and delivering measurable results
- 3+ years of experience in developing customer experience programs or initiatives
- Demonstrated skill at presenting to and influencing leaders at all levels within multi-business segments
