- Identifying potential customer issues and solving them
- Ensuring a smooth hand off at the end of the onboarding process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3+ years of experience in customer care
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects, while meeting or exceeding expectations
- Appropriately, professionally, and respectfully communicate with executives via phone and email
- Ability to properly and accurately enter data into CRM tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
