Job Summary

A referral services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Onboarding Coordinator.

  • Ensuring a smooth hand off at the end of the onboarding process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer care
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects, while meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Appropriately, professionally, and respectfully communicate with executives via phone and email
  • Ability to properly and accurately enter data into CRM tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
