Job Summary

A Healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Oncology Performance Solutions Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Provide overall leadership for Oncology performance portfolio
• Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies
• Communicate consistently and routinely with all participants

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8 years+ of health care management and/or consulting experience
• 5+ years of program management
• Excellent written, computer, and oral communication skills
• Experience with managed care and provider engagement
• Experience with Medical Expense reporting and initiative development
