Job Summary
An online marketplace and technology platform has an open position for a Telecommute Online Marketplace Financial Planning and Analyst in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing processes and procedures around financial reporting
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop other workflows that support operations
- Monitoring Finance and budget KPIs on a weekly basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (ideally in public accounting, consulting, etc. other backgrounds also considered)
- Experience with SQL and VBA, or willingness to develop usable understanding in a short time frame
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of comfort working all levels of management, employees, and vendors
- Analytical mindset and a focus on process improvement
- Ability to perform market research
- Ability to support in creating PowerPoint decks for key investments, initiatives, and board meetings
