Job Summary

A health and human service programs company is in need of a Telecommute Operational Analytics Senior Manager .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing process monitoring methods
• Leading and overseeing the use of simulation and optimization technologies
• Building strong working relationships to enable process improvement

Qualifications Include:

• The position is expected to travel up to 50% of their time
• Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills
• 5+ years of experience performing quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting or visualization tools, ability to tell a story using data
• 3+ years of leadership in the management of relevant statistical forecasting, optimization and simulation
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling including linear regression, segmentation, non-linear predictive (e.g. logistic) regression and machine learning
