Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Operations and Systems Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal use of project management software through staff training and support
- Supporting the maintenance of our CRM, online survey software, and the databases
- Performing limited data analysis on an as needed basis
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to in-person meetings in New York/New Jersey approximately once a month
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, project management, or non-profit operations
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Professional experience using SalesForce to manage and evaluate data
- Demonstrated aptitude for program/project management and organization
- Proficiency with Google applications including Gmail, Google docs, Google sheets
