Job Summary
A provider of higher education software, services, and analytics has an open position for a Telecommute Operations Process Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and communicating Cloud procedures, policies, and standards
- Ensuring Cloud Business Unit is fully prepared to support personnel on-boarding
- Ensuring appropriate training and training cadence is in place
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL/ITSM framework
- Ability to identify operational problems with a focus on avoiding time loss
- Ability to lead and develop operations policies and procedures in such a way as to limit tool sprawl
