A travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Operations Ticketing Consultant in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Keep abreast of enhancements and updates
- Participate as a team member to assist as needed in servicing the client
- Work with team members to cross train in all areas
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry
- High level of knowledge of GDS system
- Knowledge of airline rules and regulations
- Ability to work in multiple systems
- Ability to resolve ticket errors
- Delete and restore price quotes
