Job Summary
A background screening service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Order Processing and Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outgoing calls and emails, liaise with customers quickly and accurately
- Receiving feedback, and take appropriate actions
- Conducting internet research and develop proficiency in court records
Position Requirements Include:
- May need to visit the Charlotte office several times per year
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to type and learn our software programs
- Ability to project a professional appearance
