Job Summary

A background screening service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Order Processing and Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Making outgoing calls and emails, liaise with customers quickly and accurately
  • Receiving feedback, and take appropriate actions
  • Conducting internet research and develop proficiency in court records

Position Requirements Include:

  • May need to visit the Charlotte office several times per year
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to type and learn our software programs
