Job Summary
A mobile and online food ordering platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager Lead.
Must be able to:
- Lead and support a team of 3-5 CSMs
- Recruit and develop a growing team of CSMs
- Advise on the content of, and manage a team towards actioning Customer Success initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to work PST hours with occasional after hours accessibility ad hoc
- 7+ years relevant work experience in Customer Success, enterprise sales, or other related field
- 2+ years managing Enterprise level accounts
- Managerial experience
- Experience effecting change throughout large, complex accounts
- Strong project management skills and experience executing against deadlines
