Job Summary

A mobile and online food ordering platform is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and support a team of 3-5 CSMs
  • Recruit and develop a growing team of CSMs
  • Advise on the content of, and manage a team towards actioning Customer Success initiatives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willingness to work PST hours with occasional after hours accessibility ad hoc
  • 7+ years relevant work experience in Customer Success, enterprise sales, or other related field
  • 2+ years managing Enterprise level accounts
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience effecting change throughout large, complex accounts
  • Strong project management skills and experience executing against deadlines
