Job Summary

A healthcare software development company is in need of a Telecommute Organizational Development Coordinator in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating and owning the development of repeatable and integrated processes
  • Building and continuously documenting strategic, process-focused standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining the health of these processes by setting goals, and measuring and reporting on those goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years of experience in coordinator role(s)
  • Experience using Google’s suite of tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several parallel workflows at a time, and to work in ambiguity and build new workflows as needed
  • Skilled in thoughtful and strategic systematization and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written & verbal communication abilities
  • Unyielding discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
