Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Organizing Staff Manager.
Must be able to:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff working with volunteer-led teams
- Support volunteer leadership in implementing community and state-based campaigns
- Help manage the state budget
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel across the state
- At least five years of experience in a grassroots organizing or a campaign setting
- Background in staff management or demonstrated readiness to manage
- Experience and comfort with fundraising
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to working with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
