Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Organizing Staff Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Recruit, train, and manage staff working with volunteer-led teams
  • Support volunteer leadership in implementing community and state-based campaigns
  • Help manage the state budget

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel across the state
  • At least five years of experience in a grassroots organizing or a campaign setting
  • Background in staff management or demonstrated readiness to manage
  • Experience and comfort with fundraising
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to working with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
