Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Output Solutions Client Service Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Executing and supporting the large bank Client Service Management framework
  • Developing client relationships through in-person visits and phone calls
  • Working closely with the Client Executive Team in periodic Account Planning

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 35%, holds a valid driver's license, and is able to travel via an airplane
  • Five or more years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years' experience in the banking (or related) industry
  • Ten or more years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Five or more years' experience in customer service
