Job Summary

A business process service provider is seeking a Telecommute Outreach Client Service Representative in the Chico Area.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct workshops and other training related services for customers
  • Assist customers to acquire services that facilitate program goals
  • Develop working relationships with customers and monitor engagement and progress

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel throughout the county and surrounding counties as needed
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to develop, evaluate, and implement a case management plan meeting all milestones
  • Ability to work with customers in a caring and respectful manner
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
