Job Summary
A business process service provider is seeking a Telecommute Outreach Client Service Representative in the Chico Area.
Must be able to:
- Conduct workshops and other training related services for customers
- Assist customers to acquire services that facilitate program goals
- Develop working relationships with customers and monitor engagement and progress
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel throughout the county and surrounding counties as needed
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to develop, evaluate, and implement a case management plan meeting all milestones
- Ability to work with customers in a caring and respectful manner
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
