Make a difference by calling patients and letting them know about health care services that are being provided to them!

About the Company: InquisitHealth works with patients with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, HIV, and pre-diabetes. We connect patients who are struggling with their health with peer-mentors who provide them with support and guidance in better managing their conditions.

Job Description:
The role of the outreach coordinator is to call both the patients and the mentors and enroll them in the program using our HIPAA-Compliant online platform.

Outreach Coordinators call patients on behalf of their hospital, health plan, etc; i.e., an organization that they know and trust.

The objective is to introduce the opportunity, ask patients a few questions, and if they are interested, invite them to participate. As you gain experience in calling about one of our programs, we will be able to provide you additional work related to our other programs and additional opportunities for growth!

Note this is a contracting position NOT an employee position. The pay is $15/hour.



REQUIREMENTS:
English Fluency
Living in the United States
Strong Communication Skills
Google Drive proficiency
Ability to follow a script
Ability to follow instructions
Growth mentality
Quick learner
Available more than 10 hours per week

BONUS SKILLS:
Bilingual: Spanish, Russian & Haitian Creole are in demand
Healthcare experience
Customer service, call center, or receptionist experience
Drama or theater background
Very tech savvy
Available more than 20 hours per week
