Job Summary
A vacation rental company is seeking a Telecommute Overnight Community Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from potential guests in a timely manner
- Providing booking and communication help for important internal programs
- Communicating through text, email, phone, and social media interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to assist in sales and marketing initiatives
- Must be able to conduct email campaigns, track waitlists, and manage relationships with recurring guests
- Must be able to help the Guest Experience team with service recovery
- Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, quick-learning, problem-solving, "people person"
