Job Summary
A fixed wireless broadband Internet service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Overnight Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats
- Identify, investigate, and resolve device and network specific issues
- Escalate technical issues through appropriate channels as necessary
