A hotel company is in need of a Telecommute Overnight Reservations Specialist in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to guest contacts within established service levels
• Providing each guest with a thoughtful, memorable experience
• Meeting conversions and KPI goals as agreed with Team Lead

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Must reside within a 15-mile radius of Phoenix
• Must enjoy speaking with people on the phone in a warm, genuine, and authentic tone
• Schedule flexibility as this is an overnight position on a 24/7 operation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
