Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Patient Account Collections Representative in Saint Louis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
- Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate
- Working with patients and guarantors to secure payment on outstanding account balances
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year related experience preferred, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to maintain minimum production and quality standards
- Ability to achieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements
- Ability to produce acceptable unit collection volumes
- Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program and comply with all guidelines
