Job Summary

A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Care Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist patients to fully resolve concerns and questions
  • Spend 95% of your time focused on supporting our patients over chat
  • Advocate on the patient's behalf with insurance companies and pharmacies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least two years of written customer support experience
  • Familiarity with technology, especially use of a computer
  • Can act with empathy, and communicate clearly, kindly, and directly
  • Can coordinate logistics associated with prescription insurance and medication delivery
  • Experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or fast-paced startup is helpful
