Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Patient Care Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist patients to fully resolve concerns and questions
- Spend 95% of your time focused on supporting our patients over chat
- Advocate on the patient's behalf with insurance companies and pharmacies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least two years of written customer support experience
- Familiarity with technology, especially use of a computer
- Can act with empathy, and communicate clearly, kindly, and directly
- Can coordinate logistics associated with prescription insurance and medication delivery
- Experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or fast-paced startup is helpful
