Job Summary

An advisory services and consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Patient Experience Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Guiding and obtaining support from client leadership to achieve targeted improvements
  • Acting as the liaison between the client and Company to enhance the partnership
  • Leveraging knowledgebase to share trends, key drivers and top performer best practices in patient experience initiatives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time to client locations is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • 3 - 5 years of health care experience, preferably within performance/process improvement is required
  • Proven excellence in the support and service to customers
  • Superior problem solving ability, preferably within a customer environment
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
