A surgery management services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Payer Contracting Senior Director in the Pasadena Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning overall rate growth through an active communication strategy
• Identifying suitable markets that lead to merger
• Leading a team of potential managers, directors, and analysts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel 30% of the time
• Bachelors degree or at minimum 10 years of direct experience
• 5+ years health plan contracting/healthcare operational/consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge of macro healthcare trends
• Understanding of value based contracting evolution
