Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Telecommute Payroll Specialist II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing payroll-related functions including but not limited to payroll processing, audits and maintenance
  • Processing payroll for multi-frequency Managed Services clients as scheduled
  • Preparing off-cycle payrolls and manual checks as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent
  • Three to five years related experience
  • Quickly and easily adapts to change and shifting priorities with enthusiasm
  • Understands priorities and what is most important to both internal and external customers
  • Proficient report writing capabilities
