Job Summary

A human resources service provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Payroll Specialist in Irvine.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' employees with regard to payroll
  • Support a group of 5-10 of clients across multiple industries
  • Partner with HR Managers to support day to day payroll operations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to respond to clients within two hours
  • 3-5 years of Payroll experience
  • Expert knowledge of California and Federal wage and hour laws
  • Strong customer focus and responsiveness
  • Proven track record in a client facing, matrixed role
  • Experience working with senior executives
