Job Summary
A human resources service provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Payroll Specialist in Irvine.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' employees with regard to payroll
- Support a group of 5-10 of clients across multiple industries
- Partner with HR Managers to support day to day payroll operations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to respond to clients within two hours
- 3-5 years of Payroll experience
- Expert knowledge of California and Federal wage and hour laws
- Strong customer focus and responsiveness
- Proven track record in a client facing, matrixed role
- Experience working with senior executives
