Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute People Operations Generalist in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy
- Running our onboarding program
- Executing HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
- Familiarity with multiple HR areas including HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and Compliance
- Systems and process orientation with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort in analyzing data and metrics
