Job Summary
A network for content creators and designers has a current position open for a Telecommute People Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the people operations for onboarding, offer and offboarding processes
- Supporting onboarding and training operations in setting up trainings, schedule and assign exams
- Coordinating, scheduling and managing virtual events via Google suite and/or Zoom
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Relevant working experience in People operations in HR, or People Operations teams
- Structured thinking, with the ability to manage and execute multiple operations administrative tasks
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
- Positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things
