Job Summary

A social technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute People Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions across Operations, Customer Support, General & Administrative and Marketing
• Working closely with HR & hiring managers to develop job requisitions and learn the ins and outs of their teams
• Attracting and sourcing qualified candidates, review resumes, prescreen and schedule interviews

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to attract, assess, and hire talent at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
