A provider of administrative services for insurance agencies and brokers has an open position for a Telecommute Personal Lines Customer Care Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing inquiries, concerns and requests
- Solving problems quickly and effectively
- Maintaining knowledge of various states insurance guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 to 3+ years of Personal Lines Experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Firm working knowledge of personal lines coverages and services
- Experienced user of Agency Management System and Electronic Document Management
