A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Pharmaceutical Administrative Assistant in Miami.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the client portfolio
  • Managing the CEO's schedule
  • Send out mail and handle client invoices

Position Requirements Include:

  • Work from home twice a week
  • 1+ years of high level administrative, executive assistant or legal admin experience
  • 1 year experience using QuickBooks or a similar software
  • Internet access
  • Ability to use a computer and personal phone when needed
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word experience
