Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Pharmaceutical Administrative Assistant in Miami.
Must be able to:
- Manage the client portfolio
- Managing the CEO's schedule
- Send out mail and handle client invoices
Position Requirements Include:
- Work from home twice a week
- 1+ years of high level administrative, executive assistant or legal admin experience
- 1 year experience using QuickBooks or a similar software
- Internet access
- Ability to use a computer and personal phone when needed
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word experience
