Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within a large complex, regulated environment
- 5+ years of experience leadership and oversite driving large scale programs and initiatives
- 5+ years of experience focused on strategic, consumer-centric initiative development and implementation
- 5+ years of experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects projects
- Demonstrated history of reviewing data and applying data to business challenges
