Job Summary

A medical company has a current position open for a Telecommute Pharmacy Clinical Support Agency in Plymouth.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to calls, emails, and live chats from members and pharmacies
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues that need immediate attention
  • Assisting in prescription review and Prior Authorization medication management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
