Job Summary

A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Licensing Specialist in Eden Prairie.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Pharmacy licenses for company-owned pharmacies
  • Solving complex application issues, assisting with new projects, and creating new reports and job aides for the pharmacy team
  • Ensuring all licenses in your book are renewed on time

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Direct licensing experience and/or past experience with state boards of pharmacy
  • 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy licensing; or transferable experience from working for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry/sorting data) and Outlook
  • Ability to respond to inquiries from Board of Pharmacy, DEA and other state and federal regulators and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to complete other related filings, regulatory outreach and produce reports via our proprietary licensing databases
