Job Summary
An insurance agency has an open position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Manufacturer Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Planning, directing and managing MFG programs in conjunction with the LDD RPh
- Planning and managing projects including determination of requirements needed to establish improvements within the department
- Evaluating existing contracts to ensure consistency
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel: Yes, 50 % of the Time
- People leadership experience managing various levels of staff required
- 5 years of experience in process improvement required
- Strong understanding of a health plan business model required
- Knowledge and expertise in Project Management methodologies required
- Proven capabilities in operational execution and decision making with personal accountability
