Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, manage, and direct Fulfillment operations at multiple locations to achieve and exceed fulfillment KPI
  • Establish, manage and lead development plans for teams
  • Develop and grow leader and team member capability to enhance individual, team, and organizational flexibility

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the Pharmacy Fulfillment, PBM or Healthcare industry
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 8-12 years relevant experience
