Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Phone and Email Support Specialist in Fort Lauderdale.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the resolution process for all client related issues
  • Building client relationships as part of the accounting process
  • Assisting in resolving client inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple times per year (if needed)
  • 2+ years of phone support experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com
  • Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc
  • Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
