Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Phone and Email Support Specialist in Fort Lauderdale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing the resolution process for all client related issues
- Building client relationships as part of the accounting process
- Assisting in resolving client inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple times per year (if needed)
- 2+ years of phone support experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com
- Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc
- Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
