Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Physician Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Input and verify data from a variety of sources, ensuring that client information is completely and accurately updated
  • Provide white-glove service to our internal and external clients
  • Identify, research, and document production system issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Understanding of how to identify, prioritize, and manage critical work
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience in a related field
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word and Excel
