Job Summary

A manufacturer and provider of medical technologies is in need of a Telecommute Plastics Resins Molded Parts Foam and Textiles Lead Sourcing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing spend and related supply base in support of site, division, and corporate goals
• Overseeing the development and execution of holistic categories strategy
• Creating and managing strategic supplier partnerships

Qualifications Include:

• Travel 20 % of the time
• 7 years strategic sourcing experience of which 4 must be in a manufacturing business environment
• Proven project management/execution and transformation management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Global mindset with experience working in an international/multi-cultural matrix environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership and coaching skills
